60-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE: only for the Internet service monthly fee, Mobile monthly service, and Mobile activation fees. Optimum must be contacted within the first 60 days of service to receive a full refund. Customers without a remaining account balance will receive a refund to the original payment method. Customers with remaining account balances will receive a bill credit. Mobile device purchases and financing are not refundable. 21-day Mobile device return policy applies (subject to $50 restocking fee).
